Definitions and Interpretation

The key terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

• Platform: The 50tk website (50tk.lat) and all associated mobile versions.
• Member / User: Any person who operates a registered account on the platform.
• Account: The personal account created for each member, where balance, transaction history, and bonus information are stored.
• Bonus: Any welcome bonus, cashback, or other promotional offer provided by 50tk.
• Wagering: The amount of bets required to make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal.
• BST: Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

Eligibility and Account Registration

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The following terms apply to all 50tk bonuses and promotions:

• Welcome Bonus: A 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x) before withdrawal.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• The VIP program has three tiers from Bronze up to Gold. Weekly cashback of up to 0.3% applies at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, and up to 0.8% at Gold.
• 50tk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus terms at any time.
• If manipulation or misuse of any bonus is proven, the relevant account may be permanently closed.

Game and Betting Rules

• Once a bet placed by a player is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (no transactions for 12 consecutive months).
